What are the shipping times?
Tracked parcels typically arrive 5 to 12 business days after dispatch. Timing depends on destination and customs clearance.
How do I pay?
Checkout uses PayPal. You complete payment on PayPal; we do not collect card numbers on this site.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind without giving a reason. See Returns & refunds for the full process. Consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law also apply.
Will the catalogue grow?
Yes - we add new products each month. Check back for new arrivals.
