Change of mind

You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind, without giving a reason, except for return shipping costs.

Tell us clearly via Contact or email orders@anonlinestore.com. Return parcels from Europe should use a tracked service; keep proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.

How to return

Send the item back in its original condition, ideally in the original packaging, within 14 days of telling us. Return shipping to our fulfilment address is at your cost unless we say otherwise at the time of order or the item is faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

For a valid return, we refund amounts paid (including initial outbound shipping where required by law) via the original PayPal payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of postage.

Consumer guarantees

Independently of change-of-mind returns, goods come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010). These rights cannot be excluded.
