Terms of sale

1. Scope
These terms govern distance sales on anonlinestore.com between AURAVIBE GIFTS AND ACCESSORIES PTY LTD (ABN 22 689 345 122, ACN 689 345 122, NSW 2528, Australia) and any customer placing an order for delivery in Europe.
2. Products
Products are those described on the site on the day you view them, subject to stock. Photos illustrate the goods and may vary slightly in colour or finish.
3. Prices
Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Shipping is shown separately before you confirm your order.
4. Orders & payment
Add items to your bag and complete checkout. Payment is processed by PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. for customers in Europe). We do not collect card numbers on this site. Confirming payment means you accept these terms.
5. Shipping
We deliver across Europe (EU member states, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway). Delivery follows the Shipping page and the summary shown before you pay. Import duties or taxes in the destination country may apply to the recipient.
6. Returns
You may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, except for return shipping costs. See Returns & refunds for the process.
7. Consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Other rights under applicable law may also apply.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability may be limited, AURAVIBE GIFTS AND ACCESSORIES PTY LTD limits it to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, stockouts, or the customer's own fault.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the courts of New South Wales. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
